As we approach the end of 2011, let us reflect on all the changes we have seen in bulk vending. Through the integrated efforts of both suppliers and operators, we were able to successfully challenge the labeling laws as they apply to bulk vending. That was a tremendous victory for all of us!

Now we face new challenges as we see rising prices in almost every aspect of our industry from product costs, labor costs, and energy costs to the erosion of the dollar's exchange rate in China. As always, we have met these challenges head on. We have found innovative ways to keep our costs down so we can still offer products with real value. It's never easy, but we continue in our efforts because our customers deserve no less than our best.
